This piece was commissioned by Ellie Slorach and Kantos Chamber Choir for their 'Lancashire Witch Trials' concert.

The piece is heavily inspired by the practices of Jurg Frey and the Wandelweiser composers, with their use of space, silence, and non-functional triadic harmony.
